Thanks to everyone who was able to make the meeting this week. I thought I would place some extra information about the Maker Model in this post for those of you who would like some more informtion.

The next document is a good concise explanation and summary of the various parts of the model.
Finally I have included Module 5 from the Gifted and Talented Education Professional Development Package produced by GERRIC. A substantial document but one which really shows how the Maker Model can be used to differentiate the curriclum in regular classrooms.

Thanks Sabina for all of the links on your webpage. I have saved them all and plan to get my head in to them straight away. At my school differentiation of the curriculum especially catering for the top 10% is not happening well and I am going to take this information to the next collaborative or staff meeting to share.
